FORMER detectives Roger Rogerson and Glen McNamara will face court again tomorrow charged with murdering drug runner Jamie Gao.

They are expected to appear before Central Local Court via videolink.

The Office of the NSW Director of Public Prosecutions has become involved in the case with highly-experienced prosecutor Chris Maxwell QC briefed.

The Serious Crime and Robbery Squad investigation into the death of Gao, 20, has continued since his body was found wrapped in chains and a blue tarpaulin off Cronulla Beach. It’s alleged Gao was killed in an alleged $3 million ice deal gone wrong.
